• Review and discuss relevant written documents, such as, current data center documentation, application operation statistics, relevant IT policies and procedures;
• Interview key institutional stakeholders, administration IT Staff, Key users of IT;
• Collect operational data of current applications using SRS2’s proprietary tools and analyze the findings;
• Develop RIO analysis and system reference architecture such as, RAC, clusters, CPU capacity, etc.;
• Validate Grid migration roadmap and plan.
