  • Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues and obtain patches;
  • Apply and Test patches and patchsets / minor releases from Oracle;
  • Create, test, and deliver ad-hoc and custom reports;
  • Set up and test new Oracle functionalities or modules;
  • Engage in new module implementation and development of new customizations.
